Long wait for seating. We did have a party of 13, but I had called ahead and was told they could seat us within 20 min. 50 min later we got seated. Food came rather quickly, but waitress did not ask about refills until we were almost done with our ball meals. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain restaurant.
It was busy as expected being a Saturday night December 23rd 2017. Very good service. The server was good with his Job therefore he received a good tip. Will be back!!!
Very courteous and professional staff. The manager came to greet us, as always, and thanked us for coming in. There were a couple issues with a meal but they were promptly handled followed up by both managers coming to the table to apologize and ask how they could make it right. Ryan was very sincere in his apology and desire to make it right. We were appreciative of their time and offer.
The place was amazing! New building, beautifully decorated, great tasting food. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I love the brown bread the most. I'd drive here just for the bread.
Asked for a crispy spicy chicken sandwich, felt it so dry, and needed more flavor. We also had the mix of entrees and it was really good. Loved the mozzarella balls, fries and the onion rings!
