Biggby is amazing. Great coffees, teas, lattes and even great food items. Amazing happy and friendly staff! This location's drive thru is a game changer. Wish the one near my house had one.

Brand new location, only open for a week-ish. Service was fast and friendly but the coffee was gas station quality at best. I was very disappointed and a little confused because I've had Biggby coffee at the Ft. Mitchell location and it was good. Not sure if it was a mistake. I'll try again in a few weeks. Give them time to work out the kinks.
