Staff was combative and rude, both associates and manager. Put me on hold for minutes at a time, did not respond to emails. Would not process financing application in a timely manner until I called original merchant to file a complaint. It's a shame they are in the customer service business.
Been dealing with pfc for about 8yrs never had any problems. Great service.
They send you letters sateing you need to make payment arrangements if you cant afford your full monthly payment.when you are making payments to them but not the full payment they say oh well we cant take these kind of payments from you.i said well that aint what i was told in your letters and by your stupid employees..DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE RUDE AND SUCK..ive dealt with them for years but no more..THE NEW STAFF SUCKS..
You CANNOT even make a payment to these people. Their website requires 12 digit account and they only provide 11 digits. Completely unsatisfied with the loan. Also, no interest for 12 months however they charge a 150.00 account fee that no one tells you about until you receive the bill.
I have used this company for a couple of years for financing for our customers. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. No complaints from any of my customers using this service.
