In my normal, last minute fashion, I ordered flowers for my wife the morning of the date I needed. They were able to make the delivery the afternoon of, which was great. My wife loved the flower arrangement, and it turned out wonderful! We will be using them again! Thank you.

I called from out of state (Ohio) to order flowers for a wake that was local to The Secret Garden. The woman I spoke with was extremely professional and kind. I just left the wake and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I’ve sent flowers plenty of times, but these were by far the best. I only wish that this florist was local to me! Far exceeded my expectations!
It is time to post this! I have given the florist two times to make this right. The flowers for my son and daughter in laws wedding arrived in terrible shape. I gave florist opportunity to come back to our location and make the flowers presentable for the wedding at which they declined. They wanted to pick up, take back to shop and bring back. We were an hour and half from pictures. This was not an option. I also sent them an email on Tuesday giving them the opportunity to refund us for the bridal bouquet (I have pictures to back this up if anyone wants to see before doing business with this company ) as well as refund for the bridesmaids bouquet which we had to take apart to try to fix the bride's flowers. We also could not use the cake flowers. As of today, we have not gotten a response so now I am on a mission to make sure everyone is aware to not cause undo stress by ordering flowers for your big day through The Secret Garden.
I love this flower shop. Great place to visit the walk in cooler to choose and create your own creation. Friendly help even at 7am. Beautiful unique wedding flowers.
