Some people shouldn't be working here. If YOUR getting paid to do a job(answer questions etc) then do it politely. It's YOUR job!!! Learn it!!! Barney style!!!
I work for a local non-profit agency and frequently use this office to complete things for clients. All of the workers are very helpful and friendly. The longest I have ever had to wait was about an hour and that was a very complicated issue. Kuddos to all of the staff in this office.
Bring Drink, food But leave it in you car.SLOWEST office in the The Goverment also has a RUDE Guard. like going to visit in jail.
Last week I stopped at this office to send my deceased mother's check back. I had to urgently use the bathroom and what do you know, my number was called while I was in there. I was prepared to wait longer, so I asked to security guy if they called my number and if I needed to take another one. He said they had called it, after looking at me like I was an idiot. He then said they would call it again. I waited for close to an hour, with NO numbers being called that were missed, including mine. I left. Some people should NOT work with the public!!
