I have used this site several times to book parking and shuttle services when traveling. I recently had an issue with one of the locations, One Stop Parking was quick to respond and remedy the situation. They are awesome to deal with!
Extremely rude over the phone when attempting to rebook reservations that were due to their own error. The parking lot ended up being full and they would not refund my payment or work with me to help me find an alternate location to keep my car during my stay. Lady on the phone acted like it this was all my fault and that I should have planned for this better. Terrible customer service.
They removed my comments and blocked me on facebook just for saying that a discount code didn't work. Apparently they only work for certain locations but there is no disclaimer about this anywhere. This is false advertising and customer service was extremely rude when I Asked then about it. I strongly urge everyone to look for parking reservation services elsewhere.
