LOVE this place! People are so kind, friendly...my dogs look great after each visit. I can take 2 dogs to get full groom and have them back in 90 min! Very clean. Karen is so nice!
The worst customer service I've ever had. My parents dog has been going there for some yrs now, and my mother just passed away so my dad took his dog their to be groomed for the funeral and they butchered him! Cuts and blood all over him and cut his style that he had. So my dad kindly asked for a refund and she said sure what else do you want, in a very rude manner so we asked if they would generously donate to my mother's funeral benefit and she said just take your refund and donate that! How rude and disrespectful can someone be!! They left my dad with tears in his eyes and a broken heart.
