WOW So many negative comments, really? We have resided here for 6 months, love our neighbors, and love the park. Personally have had only positive experiences with Rosa. I can't imagine the different personalities she has to deal with on a daily basis. Is anyone ever Happy? Yes it is a little more expensive than some of the other parks. It is an overall well-kept park. We appreciate the rules, rules are in place to keep the park nice. I wouldn't live in the other Northern KY parks if you gave me a home there! Ever heard you pay for what you get! As far as a pool, I can't imagine that the liability would be worth the expense. This park happened to be owned and run by the same owners (family) for well over 40 + years. People /residents get comfortable even when things need to change. Change is a constant, and is as inevitable as life itself. We hope to live here for many years to come. Take pride in what you have and be a positive, considerate home owner and you shouldn't have any problems. Instead of tearing someone down (Rosa) let's help her be the best she can be for all residents. If you're constantly going to whine, please move! The other parks won't care.......heck in most of them you can park on your lawn and rebuild your engine in your driveway.
Very well kept trailer park, one of the nicest looking ones in the Cincinnati area. 4 stocked ponds for fishing.
My home for over 20 yrs time and conditions have changed a turn-over of owners has created much confusion and often misunderstood by residents .Certainly a great area convenient and easy in and out .But the designer of the latest speed control bumps wasn't entering or exiting the park Crossing at any speed is a" Bone jarring" experience .The only escape is to park at one of the (1/2 mile away ) Park and Ride. site and walk home .
too many trailers in sale? why? To live in this place should I analyze it 2 times, the bad administration? good questions ... the double face of the person in charge, is not very careful
They tell us that if the grass grows more than 4 inches, they will cut it and charge us $40. But when they let their portion of the property to grow 12 inches from 5 weeks of growth, it's ok . The area of their portion between Amber dr. and Hazel has grown 12 inches before they finally cut it. I could go on and on.
Susan Sills....You need to be up to date on things around here. They told us they were going to put a pool in but they decided not to. And don't hold your breath on this so called new building. I haven,t seen ground broke yet have you? They told us that months and months ago. With all the money they are collecting from us year after rear, you'd think they would give attention to the roads. They are PITIFUL!!!
