Jill is awesome! We've been long time customer for and have always received outstanding customer service. Jill is very knowledgable and informative and always gets us exactly what we need.
I was just in this afternoon to get some files from my company storage unit. I had to go into the office afterwards to get some assistance with a lock. As soon as I walked in that door, Jill made me feel right at home. I don't think I've ever been treated like family so quickly. Another woman had come in as well while I was there and Jill just has a way to become instant friends with the people she meets. As far as the property is concerned, it appears to be very secure with locked gates that require an access code and it's surrounded by a metal fence with barbed wire to prevent people from jumping in.
We used this storage facility for over a year with no problems. Jill seems to sincerely enjoy people and taking care of their needs which is so refreshing. Thanks Jill!
Jill is wonderful and her attitude is so positive and caring. She makes customer service her number one priority. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.
On Sept 12, I called for a price and availability for the Florence, KY storage spaces, and reached CA for information. First question... really? These units are less than 2 miles from my house. Then because my plans changed, I called to cancel a reservation to see the property on Sept 13 since the "cancel" link on my confirmation page did not work so I had to take the time and call CA again. The guy asked me why, I replied "None-ya", because it IS none-ya.. Since this happened, I've received two Robot calls from Public storage which is annoying to say the least. When did the term "CANCEL" mean, ok go ahead and put my phone number on a machine that automatically calls my residence? So today, I had to call again and have my phone number removed from their system. Ridiculous. For that matter why on Earth do I need to talk to someone in CA? hello? That's like putting call centers on the other side of the world.
