Their front desk services are bad
Sat for at least 40 minutes after asked to be seated. Got tired of waiting for auto/home quote and walked out. Wont go back.
Nice enough, but parking is an absolute mess!
The merger of AAA with Bob Sumeral has been a big "miss" for me. While the new location is much nearer my home, the auto fuel smell when I enter is a turnoff. I go to AAA for travel reasons, not to get my car serviced. Nearly all of the AAA merchandise I have become accustomed to is now gone. I'm not even sure why there are 3 employees there for AAA. And the concrete barrier to "direct" people to the garage????Makes parking nearly impossible.
Like the location and they were very nice.
