Macy's is a great store I have to mostly shop the sales but they have good ones
Beautiful store, great sale prices & helpful staff made this a worthwhile shopping trip today. Also stopped by the food court, which is right outside Macys' 2nd floor entrance to the mall.
I like to shop for quality merchandise and when Macy's marks there merchandise down is when I shop. I didn't give them a 5 star tonight because I went to get what my Dad needed most during this time of his life. They sent out a 2 day sale only ad. Today was day 2. I wanted the 2 piece nice pajama set for men. Not only did they not have it!! None of the sales associates had not seen any sets. I did however buy my Dad several nice items at very low marked down prices. In the end I was able to get him very nice quality items to lounge around the house in.......
Hard to find someone actually at the register when you need to check out. Kenwood has wayyy more selection. No shoe department here
Today, I was determined to use two Macy's gift cards before I saw the wonderful son who gave them to me again. I was in Macy's a LONG time, searching for semi-dress slacks that fit. The petite department was a bust (you've shrinked it into near oblivion). On the main floor, I was offered assistance by two wonderful salespersons. The first was named Lisa (I think) and the second was named Ty (for sure). Both helped me locate my size in short and walked some distance to point out possibilities. When I found something suitable, Ty helped me order them in two other colors. Thank you for restoring my enthusiasm for Macy's!
