Terrible service. Scheduled service with them to which they called me to verify some info. All was good until I got there. They say the technician went home sick. They could have called and told me before driving all the way there. I get he was sick and just the screen may not have fixed it but you could have the decency to call and tell me not to come in. Squaretrade was footing the bill so i didnt care if the screen didnt fix it. I was doing what my warranty company wanted me to do. Wasted my time and tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favor.
Great experience! The technician was expecting me with an early Saturday morning appointment time and quoted 2 hours. When I returned at that time everything was completed and I was out the door. I had the screen of my iPhone se replaced and the work was excellent. I already have recommended this company to friends and family!
First time using this place. Hard to find motorcycle battery and they had it in stock and the best price I could find anyplace. Ordered online and picked up in store and got a $10 rebate. Good service too. The young lady I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
