I went to the Verizon store on mall road to get a new phone, and they couldn't get my contacts to transfer over. They sent me to Best Buy and I ran into Jordan and Andrew, and they were fantastic! I walked in a little stressed obviously, but they put me right to ease and told me about a great promotion they were running that I should have cashed in on in the 1st place. Thanks guys! #HERO
The Florence, KY Best Buy store is the nicest, most well stocked Best Buy in the Cincinnati/Tri-State area. If I'm having trouble finding an item, in stock, at the store closest to my house, it's almost guaranteed that the Florence, KY store will have the item in stock. The salespeople are very friendly and always willing to help me find what I'm looking for. Best Buy also has great 0% interest financing options, using the Best Buy credit card, if you've got to have your new gadget but are too impatient to wait/save for it!
I love this Best Buy so much. There are employees here that I am so loyal to because they have helped me out for years. For every phone upgrade, every shattered screen, fridge, washer, dryer... you name it. They have helped me through it all. Sometimes it's hard spending money on expensive appliances and you wonder if you got the best deal. I can honestly say, I leave here without buyers remorse. I know I am taken care of.

I went here for Black Friday shopping and was surprised out how helpful and courteous the staff was. I can understand how long the day has been and getting up as early as they have too in order to greet shopping out for an early bargain. So I wouldn't be surprised to get a run down person that is just going through the motions. This was not the case. I promptly received service from 2 individuals in the floor with a smile and ambition. The girl at checkout was fun and nice. I had multiple transactions (4) that took about 15+ minutes. She joked and talked like someone that was happy to be there. Especially pleasant for someone who hadn't had a break all day or lunch after over hearing her manager ask about her breaks. I would give 10 stars just for the service aspect of I could.
