I think the lady that attended me doesn’t have much experience cutting hair or straightening it and the client service could be a lot better.

They messed up my eyebrows during a waxing. My eyebrows were so uneven. The employee were distracted with their co-workers and didn't pay attention to what they were doing. Wouldn't recommend to go here for a waxing.
