Today my normal salon was closed so I decided to go back to g spa since I used to love it.... my experience was awful they told us we would be charged an extra $5 to take off the shellac from our acrylic because we didn't get them done at their salon. Then he continued to tell me I will be charged extra to get a coffin shape since my nails were not shaped like that last time. I okayed it... when he was finished my nails were super short and did not look like coffin nails at all. I wouldn't have been so upset but since he made such a big deal about charging me extra I expected them to look better than this. I wanted a design which I have been to g spa 100 times before and Ann has always done the best designs for me but he couldn't understand what I wanted and tried to charge me an arm and a leg.. I decided to go with a solid color shellac polish instead.. it looks awful it's lifting on the sides and is all over my cuticles. Used to love g spa but I am very disappointed I will go back to my "cheap place" as Vinny decided to call it. They do wonderful coffin nails :) your prices are going to hurt you in the long run g spa you can't try to be a high end nail salon in low end shopping center
Great work. No accidental scrapes. Super slow service. We had to ask to be seated in the pedicure chairs. It was my husband and I and he got a basic $40 because "he is bigger and will take more work" he was done in half the time I was. I don't believe that I'll be going back.
Long wait because they didn't have enough people working. Everything was an up charge after already being extremely expensive. They even tried to make me pay twice.
They do a great job, but the prices are insane! I wanted a simple design. One color of shellac with a stripe in the middle of my nails. They wanted to charge an extra 50 dollars for that simple design! 5 dollars a nail because 'it's a thicker line'. Crazy!
My mother and I went here and our experience was absolutely horrid. My mother left the salon bleeding from her cuticle, and one of her nails had a huge air bubble in the polish. My nail technician was absolutely rude and got irritated when I asked him to soften the edges of my nails (because they were literally sharp he had squared them so much).
