I Called to order for delivery at 7pm on 11/19/17 only to be told they were not delivering. Haha so much for "freaky fast delivery". How can a brand who's main focus and slogan be about delivery and not be able to deliver?
Constantly slow on Delivery, when your company policy is about fast delivery at least attempt to meet that. I have ordered delivery many times and yet to receive it "Freakishly Fast"
Normally my family and I order from here frequently and its always great! Until we tried to place our normal delivery order and the girl on the phone said unfortunately we dont deliver to your address anymore! seriously? We live about 3 mins away from the mall rd location, Within their "5 mile radius"! I then went on to ask why, she told me her GM recently just decided this, which i heard him in the background telling her what to say, instead of handling the situation himself like a general manager should have, VERY UNHAPPY about this situation.
Been slow twice now. Yesterday took 1.5hrs to get my order delivered. I had given up after calling being put in hold for over 10 min with no response. Probably wont order here again.
