I have had good service in the past especially when picking up from the store. However today I ordered a pizza and it came over an hour late. They offered no form of compensation for the poor service. I was put on hold for several minutes just to get information as to why it was so late and when I finally got through there was no explanation. I was simply told it would be here shortly. After that it was another half hour before we got our food. As for the quality of the food, it's generally consistent and good quality. The main problem is the staff I would say. If they trained staff better I would definitely recommend them. As of right now I am disappointed.
DO NOT FOR ANY REASON TRY THE CHICKEN WINGS!!!!!!!!! we have tried the bonless WINGS twice now and both times the chicken was severely under cooked, causing us to have food poisoning. Save yourselves from liquid poops and throw up.... avoid the chicken!!!!!!!!!
