Why the prices aren't great the appetizers are delicious and when you find a day where there is a deal I would definitely recommend trying as many as possible. They have great wings and boneless wings with many different flavors to choose from. We go here often.
Wings are good and the sauces are great. The employees are helpful. I did try to use the online ordering app, when I got there they did not get my order and they said that it was common for their app to mess up like that....just fyi!
Very disappointed. I paid $8.05 for potato wedges with cheese plus "extra" cheese. I got a half of a tray with wedges and what looked like a regular amount of cheese, not extra. When I went to the counter to get my food, the girl puts the box in the bag then opens it. The bag obstructed a full view of the food. From what I seen I noticed that it didn't look like there was enough cheese and I said something. Another employee there snaps and says that is extra cheese. I just go ahead and take it as is and go onto my car. I was going to take a quick bite before heading home and I looked at it like 'where's the rest of it'. There wasn't much there, especially for $8. I had to get home quickly to my kids and didn't have the time to go back in.
Food came out fresh and hot. It came out super fast as well. After ordering I told the waiter I was going to wash my hands (I work outside) and by the time I came back to my seat, 3-5 minutes later, I sat down as they were setting my food on the table. Cooked exactly the way I like, not a single cold fry in the bunch, sauce was evenly distributed across every wing, not too much, and no dry spots. The server was attentive but not a nuisance. I prefer to have minimal contact with wait staff, and I got just that, I was very happy with the service provided during lunch. The place was nearly packed and they still managed to get the order correct, and bring it out faster than I ever would have thought possible. I've never had a bad experience at any BW3, but today was exceptionally great. Wish I had more cash, I would have left a much larger tip. Keep up the good service!
We went last night (12/29/2017). We had a female server and she was great in the beginning but once we ordered our drinks it took a few minutes for us to get our drinks. When i ordered my salad, we waited between 20 and 30 minutes for it because it got brought out with our food and it did not taste right. Our food was not fully tossed and sauced, we ordered wings, and the chicken was chewy. Even the mac and cheese, which normally is Top Notch, was very upsetting. Our service from the server slowly, no that was generous, quickly went from nice to unpleasantly unacceptable, and as soon as my fiance asked for his wings to be re-tossed, because they were just about dry, the server was very snooty about taking them back. Not only did the food not taste right, but I knew it was not going to sit right. We did not get there late and we only stayed for about an hour or so and as soon as I got home and up until this morning, my stomach has not been right since . This is completely unacceptable and I never have liked to Florence location nor will I ever return. However, the one in Fort Wright Kentucky is phenomenal.
