Dale, thanks for finding our on going water problem. Yes I thought it was the chimney but your diagnoses of how the water was getting into the ceiling now make a whole lot of sense. I should have called you two years ago.
Needless to say, I highly recommend. If I ever get around to putting a roof on our rental property, Dales the only one I'd call.
