This location is terrible. I ordered a iced coffee with vanilla flavoring and it tasted nasty. There was no flavor added or sugar. The coffee tasted old. This is the second time this has happened. Will not be returning.
I love Dunken, but hate this location after getting treated poorly on two different occasions. I won't be returning.

We love our local DD! Very friendly and always pleasant. Plus, our order is ALWAYS correct!
Their filled donuts always have a lot of filling (except their July 4th star-shaped donuts). If they do not have what I want but they have some empty filled-donuts prepared, they will fill them for me while I wait. Staff is always nice to me. Staff work a lot of hours.
Extremely rude customer service. On one occasion, the lady was literally screaming at me through the headset before I even finished ordering, demanding to know if I wanted the drink hot or iced.... Like I said, wasn't even done ordering. When I pulled up to the window, a young man apologized for the woman's behavior, even though I'm fairly certain she was one of the managers/owners. I have been back one other time where an employee at the drive thru was rude to me once again.
