Food was good as per usual but the customer service was lacking, didn't even ask if I wanted to use my rewards. Also, all of the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing.
Very nice staff and typically quick service. Definitely a great Panera. They no longer carry sweet tea for fellow Southerners. Access to power outlets is limited and during peak hours it can be difficult to get one. They do a lot of business so every so often when I come they will be out of a certain item (blueberry cream cheese, whole grain bagel etc.) but are typically great.
The quality of the food has significantly declined over the past few years. Inconsistent quality for a "fast food" restaurant. If I'm going to pay $25 for a meal for two, I expect the food to be of decent quality every time. My recent experience was OK, but no staff members seem to know what is going on, no one can help if you have a question. Not to mention the soup (chicken noodle) I ordered had nearly no chicken or vegetables and my sandwich (panini) was cold and soggy. Also my wife's salade was frozen. I am normally a big fan of this chain, but I will no longer be returning to this place.
Nice people but their service is severely lacking. They almost never get your order correct. They always forget giving you the dill pickle that is supposed to come with every sandwich. Paid for extra meat or filling on your sandwich? They will forget or just won't put it but you definitely paid for it. Not going back here. And they are overpriced. Just go somewhere else.
People were very nice and my order was ready on time (used the Panera app to order). The store was out of stock on grapefruit soda and suggested I select any other drink from the case. The bread in my sandwich was a little under baked.
