Gigi's has unique, sweet cupcakes that are rich in flavor. I'm impressed with how they make them look so close to the picture almost every time. The staff at the Florence location is always friendly and serves the customers quickly. Great rewards program too. Would definitely recommend.
According to the website, Gigi's Cupcakes is open on Sundays till 6pm. I was there at 5:50 to place an order and the door was locked and lights out! I like the cupcakes but please follow good business practices. You owe me one girls.

I love your cupcakes but placed an order online last Sunday and had my daughter pick them up since she lives in Ky and I live in Indiana. They only gave her half the order! Since this was for a birthday party I was quite upset. When I called the store the girl said oh yea the rest of the order is in the cooler! How irresponsible. I take part of the blame for not letting my daughter know everything I ordered but I would have thought they would have looked at the receipt. She credited my card after I asked for a refund since it would have been 45 minutes to go back and get them very disappointed in the aervice
So I made a last minute valentines day purchase from Memorie Makers. These amazing ladies took my order and made sure that my valentines gift was delivered to my house on time. Now my wife doesn't like red icing and I knew that but I went ahead and got the mini cupcake bouquet with red icing because it looked like roses. When she tried the cupcakes she said that she actually liked the icing on them and to top it all off my 6 year old absolutely loved them too! If you are looking for an amazing treat and a good deal from honest hard working people then these are the ladies to work with. Thank you for helping this late purchase a success!
