There are plenty of other providers that care more about their patients than this establishment. I was going to be late for an appointment as I had left my insurance information and my benefits card at home. I'm a new patient and the receptionist informed me that I needed the iinsurance card at my first appointment. I called to let them know that I was going to be late and the lady informed me that if I arrived there more than 6 minutes after my appointment time then I was going to have to reschedule. It's funny that you can wait 25 minutes to be seen by a doctor but anymore than 6 minutes in inconvenient for them. Find a physician that cares enough to wait more than 6 minutes for you.
Dr Koop is Very polite and professional. He sympathises with his patients, listens to them carefully to address all concerns. Office staff also polite and courteous
