Elizabeth Tanner was kind, informative and very knowledgeable. This was my first trip to a healthcare clinic and it will not be my last. Scheduling was easy. Wait wasnt long at all.
I’ve walked into this clinic on several different occasions for various illnesses and it’s been the same each time...the wait is about 10 min to be seen the NP is always nice, friendly and helpful..they always call in a day or two to see how you are doing..this is definitely the best place to go for minor issues when you can’t get in to see your doc (or if you don’t have one) Love having this option! I remember the days of having to sit in the ER for hours on a Saturday or Sunday!!
Called to see if my 3 year old could get a flu shot and the pharmacy told me yes and that all he had to do was go to a nurse practitioner and we drove all the way to florence frI'm independence and we get there and nurse practitioner was completely out of flu shots and said we could pick up the vaccine from the pharmacy and bring to her and she could give it to us that way. So when I went tout do that the pharmacy tech was very rude and called the nurse a liar twice and refused to help us in anyway. I even told her we called before to avoid something like this happeninformation and all she kept saying was we were lied to and told us to go to the health department. My son was discriminated against all because of his age, completely unprofessional pharmacy staff.
