We decided to purchase a mattress there. We were approved for 3,000.00 so wanted to do the 90 days same as cash!! Before we signed we kept asking her so if we pay it off we won’t be charged anything else and she repeatedly told us no! When she was throwing papers at us we had a screaming newborn and a 8 year old that was ready to go and we signed a paper that said if you pay it off early you will get charged a 12% fee. If I would have known this I would have purchased the bed with cash, but she pushed us to do the same as cash. It’s not same as cash .. very misleading I will never purchase from them ever again! Then when we called she was super nasty with us. She did mislead us because we asked multiple times if we paid it off early if we would get charged and she assured us that we wouldn’t! That is a bold face lie if you charge us a 12% fee for paying it off early! Never go there !!
Great place to shop with plenty of selection for all your furniture needs. Mike was very helpful and helping make the decisions to fit my needs. Would definitely recommend this store for your furniture needs.
I was very pleased with my shopping experience!! Jonice was very helpful with all our needs, was extremely friendly, down to earth and a very pleasant person to talk to and do business with! She answered all questions and did all research quickly to get us the best deals possible! I will be returning to Ashley for any other furniture needs and will be doing business with her! I really can't say enough wonderful things about this lady and how great she worked to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I wanted :)
I am so grateful to have met Jonice, one of the salespeople, immediately upon entering the store. This was my first attempt at a "big" furniture purchase and Jonice's guidance put me at ease. She never rushed me or made me feel like I "had" to purchase something and she allowed me to think through all my options with patience and understanding of my indecision! Overall this was a relaxed, easy shopping experience, especially thanks to the good service.
