They are fantastic to work with! My wife and I were looking for two reclining chairs and went to several stores before coming to lazy boy. I really wish we would’ve came here first! They didn’t pressure you, hound you to finance or even show you what you didn’t want like other furniture stores. The salesman was very laid back and even said they don’t make commission so his mission is to find us the perfect piece of furniture for us within our budget. I will never go to anywhere else for furniture, I will keep coming back and highly recommend them!!
We chose La-Z-Boy after first searching online for upholstery fabrics. The fabric we found was offered at La-Z-Boy. We weren't especially interested in a recliner, but we went to a showroom with open minds. We were greeted by Kim Woeste, who located our fabric to show us a sample, listened to our wants and needs, and sold us our furniture in a fast and simple manner. Kim was extremely knowledgeable. There was a data-snag in our order, and Kim personally kept us updated and followed-through after delivery. We were quite impressed with La-Z-Boy; and especially Kim.
Lazboy in Florence KY., is a very nice store. Clean, stylish and great customer service! Kim Woeste was my sales person and she made it a fun shopping experience. Can’t wait to recline in my fabulous chair!!
They do not help you once you have issues with their product. Avoid them go some where and buy a less expensive product. Purchased a couch and two recliners and color came off chair. NO HELP at all AVOID AVOID GO SOMEWHERE else
