The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The furniture is good quality and the prices are very competitive. We have made a number of purchases there and have been pleased with all of them.
Everyone was very pleasant. They let us look without hovering or being pushy. We found just what we needed and the price was great.
We came here on a Saturday looking for bars stools and a sectional couch. We fell in love with a couch and just before we were going to purchase this $2600 sectional, we decided to take a minute to talk it over. I wanted to do more research to make sure we get the best price possible. Turns out, it wasn't. We purchased the same sectional for $1812 out the door, free delivery, in home install, and a 5 year warranty from Coleman Furniture. Furniture Fair's company policy (on their website and advertised all over their stores) states "If you are able to find it advertised lower, we will beat that price or it is free!" Well turns out that's not true, they did not follow through with the "Free" part. We walked out, purchased it elsewhere and had it delivered to our home. It looks beautiful.
Furniture Fair did a great job of processing my order and keeping me informed as to the status related to the deliver. The entire staff were professional and easy to work with during the entire process. I will certainly purchase from them again.
