If I could give this nail salon less than 1 star, I would. They did not apply my acrylic nails correctly and I ended up with a fungus on 3 of my nails. When I went it to get another full set after only 1 fill in, they claimed it was my fault for "not drying my hands well enough". Refused any type of discount for the new full set or refund. They have since merged with Spa nails.
My actual review is 3.5 stars. My experience was positive for the most part. The manicure did seem fairly rushed but in the end, my nails turned out fine. The only complaint I have is when I showed her the design I wanted, she kept saying "Ok, I got it. I got it!" and the design ended up hardly looking like the picture I showed her. It didn't look BAD, but it wasn't the picture. Price was very reasonable considering the quality. Not my usual salon, but I would go back.
I wouldn't recommend this nail salon because they did a poor job doing a pedicure for myself and two of my friends. Getting a pedicure is something that is something I look forward too when I go to a salon. Also, they rushed through my manicure. One good thing I have to say is that my polish didn't mess up the second I left.
I am staying in Kentucky for 2 weeks on business and visited this salon yesterday since it is walking distance to my hotel. I regularly do my nails twice a week and was very happy with the shellac manicure and pedicure I received. The only downside was the price was a bit high. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good nail spa in the area.
