I went in late on Sunday. My daughter took scissors to her hair. The hair dresser that did her hair laughed at my daughter. I will never go back..
The only reason I come here is because it's the closest beauty store with everything I need, but the staff is ALWAYS super rude. Even my husband mentioned how rude they were the last time I was able to drag him in there with me. I asked if they had Mac in their actual store yet and they were like uh we don't carry Mac. Uhm... it's on your website... oh. Yeah like straight up just treat you like you're an idiot.
Could not have gone any better. Melanie really listened to me. Made great suggestions for my thin fine hair and I look fabulous! Very stylish and polished.

If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time visiting an Ulta, ever.Worst shopping experience I've had in a long time. When walking in, I initially was not greeted. I came to buy a new set of face brushes and hair extensions for my wedding. I found the hair extensions section needing to find hair that could be toned to my color and just enough to put in my bun for my wedding to have fuller hair. Someone finally asked me if I needed help. I asked them if the piece of extensions I was holding could be toned. The woman pointed me to the hair stylists in the back of the store. I asked them and they explained it could not be toned as it was not real hair. I told them what I was looking for and one stylist was busy with her client but the other was sitting in a salon chair and not very eager to help. I walked back and forth from the hair extension aisle to the salon 4 different times with 4 different pieces asking the same question,question. "Can this be toned?" Each time I came back, my questions were answered with a more frustrated "no" from the stylists. I left with no extensions and didn't even take the time to look at the makeup brushes. I will not return.
