Lots of hardware you cant find at Lowe's or home depot, like plumbing fittings and hard to find bolts.
I have been there many times. I am always offered assistance, and the times I need it, they hit the nail on the head with what I'm looking for, even if I don't know what it is I need. You can't ask for better service. Today they outdid themselves. They were out of a widget I needed and proceeded to call two local competitors to find it and then gave me directions! THAT is why I will go there first every time I need something.
