Good job saving the company money all the way to bankruptcy. But if you really cared about customers you would call and ask me to come back. I dare you. LOL.
We first went to Home Depot but got no help there.
Service was none! No one there to help you with questions. Only one person working the cash register. Waited about ten minutes in like with another also in front of us. Moved to self check out. Hate using self check out. Not a great trip there. Now you know why I like home depot much better!
Not so good. I was ready to buy a dishwasher today but no one to be found in the appliance section. Same problem when I went to Sears day after labor day. You did such a good job in cutting labor costs no one is left to sell stuff.
Incompetence Ive called twice wanting to speak with someone in lumber operator kept connecting me to paint. Paint guys was nice thats why I gave it 2 stars. Never did talk to anyone in lumber.. i called carter lumber in florence and had a good solid exprience. Dont waste your time here. The folks at carter are much more hands on and know thier products well
Went to two different Lowe's to have glass cut. Alexandria Ky & Florence Ky. No glass to be found at either store in the size i needed. Had to wait 20 minutes at the Alexandria store. Just to find out there's a problem with the inventory. Inventory was saying 5 in stock. But there was zero. Talk to one of the associates at the front desk at the Florence store. She went on to say how she don't understand how we always have a problem with the glass inventory. Talk to one of the managers at the Florence store. Explain to him how this is a easy fix. That wasn't what he wanted to hear at all. Not from a customer. Not even knowing that I have a background in management. Problem solving is only half the battle. That's where Lowe's fall short. The manager did thank me for making him aware that they was out of glass. So he can order some. That's not how you keep stuff in stock. Waiting until you run out . And then have a customer complain. Unacceptable. And that's why Lowe's will never be number 1.
Josh was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. He helped us with plumbing, lighting/fan, and electrical. Very nice and knowledgeable kid.
