I am in the process of buying an engagement ring from here and they helped me so much they met me at my budget and they have really brought down prices for me so that I could buy the perfect ring in my budget. They were very nice and I will always come back.
Do not go here unless you want to be treated like crap! This is the most awful place I have ever had to deal with in my life. My husband bought me diamond earrings for my birthday and I didn't want them so I had him return them. When he purchased them he paid $400 cash and put $500 on his credit card. When he went to return them, Jay did not want to give my husband his $400 cash and claimed he did not have it to give. After having to call the corporate office, Jay took $400 cash out of the register and gave it to my husband. Jay said that he refunded the $500 to my husband's credit card....2 month's later, we get a call from Penny stating that the money was never refunded. We checked the card to make sure Jay had refunded the money back in may and the transaction was pending, so Jay would have had to go back and reverse the transaction. Hannoush Jewelers got the earrings back 2 months ago and stole my husband's $500! Called the corporate office and Diane hung up on me! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
