After Sharon took the back of the case off it was clear that the prior jeweler didn't install the battery clasp correctly. Causing the battery not to make full contact, resulting in the watch to lose or fall behind in time but still ran.
I needed to get a wedding band resized for my wedding that was going to happen in 11 days as well as get an intricate silver necklace cleaned. I went to two other jewelers in the Florence Mall who BOTH said they had no jeweler on site and that my wedding band would take at least 2 weeks to get resized. Rogers got my wedding band resized in three DAYS, despite how complex the ring ended up being to resize (it was my grandmother's and a previous jeweler, unbeknownst to us, had really messed up a part of the ring). Despite the unexpected costs to Rogers, they didn't add any charges to the original price of the resizing. With regards to the necklace, the store manager indicated that it would be a few hundred dollars to get it thoroughly cleaned, but offered an option for me to just buy a cleaning kit- a few hours later, after some effort on my part, the necklace looked good as new. Thank you, Rogers, for your wonderful service.
All I can say is wow, you have a new customer and you have set a standard that many jewelers should look up to.
Sharon went above and beyond to test the battery and said it had a full charge as a new one, placing the existing battery back in the watch and properly closed the clasp. I offered to pay for her time but didn't charge me.
Amazing customer service. Rachel was great to work with and helped us find great rings within our budget. We will continue to come here with all of our jewelery needs.
I had a wonderful experience at Rogers- they are great at what they do, fast, and save you money.
When a known jeweler inside the mall wouldn't, stated it had to be sent out for repair (additional fee) !!

Hmmm, It was just a battery and didn't care to re-pressurize the seal/case. I have taken it to this location before twice and never heard this. (again opting out to reseal)
