After messing with the safe and trying to call for assistance for 45 minutes I was ready to leave. Decided to try the first 3 letters of my FIRST name and then the safe opened. Whoever programmed the code screwed up.
Clean rooms, nice full kitchen.
I emailed management while going through this fiasco. Received no response. Management needs to get their act together.
Been staying here off and on for two years. Stayed in 8 or more motels in area, not the cheapest but best for the buck.
Ashley Quarters is a fantastic home away from home. You are treated like family at this independently owned hotel. The rooms have full sized kitchens and appliances and are huge. Mattresses are very comfortable and the newly renovated bathrooms have sweet rain shower heads. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the variety of people you meet is awesome due to the new local attraction, the Ark encounter, and the international business people that stay long term. This place is a gem, none like it!!
Very disappointed with the check in procedure. Sign said the office was open until 6:00 PM, but the was no one there when I arrived at 5:40 PM.

Unable to secure my room key with the code on the little safe. Followed the directions but safe would not open. Instructions said to enter first 3 letters of last name and press enter. I did this and the safe didn't open. Tried repeatedly with no luck. Tried calling for a night manager and received no response. Tried the reservation line with no response. The safe locks you out for 5 minutes after 3 code errors.

I have stayed at Ashley Quarters several times for my husbands job. It is always wonderful! Great always clean rooms! Nice choices for breakfast! In the warmer months the outdoor grill and pool areas are wonderful! Ashley Quarters is perfect for long term stays with the fully stocked kitchens!
Safe and quiet, close to everything.
We had for stay here for 5 months when a tornado damaged our home. They made us feel welcome and comfortable. Sometimes we drop in just to say hello because my girls miss the staff! Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a clean, friendly, and safe place to stay at a great price.
