Clean friendly been there twice always will be staying there. It is a hotel of choice. The have a whirlpool if you do enjoy that it is quiet and a great staff.
You just don’t get much worse customer service than that. There was no need to be so rude and hateful. What an unpleasant stay!!! Oh and... not to mention our toilet gushed water from the bottom which flooded our bathroom floor every time we flushed on our first night.
Super easy to find. Fast check in. Love the room. Bed was so comfortable I want to take it home. Very minor issues with the room (i.e. refrigerator wasn't working, but it was fixed as soon as we called and bath tub had some paint and hair in it). Very minor though. Breakfast was good, muffins and toast, cereal, coffee and juice. Would stay again for sure. Price was great! All the staff were super friendly and helpful when anything was needed.
The worse customer service when needed. Check in was a breeze. BUT the front desk worker, Karen, on the second day of our visit was extremely rude and unprofessional. While my children were swimming, she forced them to leave the pool due to seeing my mother use an electric cigarette. There were no signs saying one couldn’t be used. Only the typical non smoking (for regular cigarettes) are posted. Instead of clarifying the rules, she demanded that they leave immediately and even threatened to call the police if they didn’t right away. My mother had no problem not using her e-cig but wasn’t given a choice. My children were upset by the abruptness and not being able to use the pool that we specifically came here for. When confronted, Karen said my mother was lying about the police threat and then proceeded to lecture me on child endangerment laws. I demanded to speak with the manger/owner or else I would call the owner of the franchise and she yelled after me saying “that’s fine, he already knows, and owns most of these anyway.”
It was very nice accommodations for the price. Staff was friendly. The room was clean. It has fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The restaurants were very close to the hotel. We recommend!
I booked three rooms for our group, it was affordable & within our budget, the rooms were clean, the children enjoyed the pool. It satisfied our needs. It is not a five-star hotel and should not expect to be so. However, the new management and staff were very respectful and polite and hospitable.
