He made sure we had what we needed and gave us local info of what we asked!
PERFECT! Staff friendly and attentive, even with our arriving after midnight. Brightly lit hallway, everything clean, nice firm beds, updated bathroom, hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles. This is a 2-star hotel, so I wasn't expecting a Hampton or Courtyard, but except for the older building, it was a 3-star experience, so to speak, for greater than half the price. Couldn't wait to give them a good review!
Mixed reviews of this place. Really don't understand the negative ones. This place was wonderful. Good night's sleep on a comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. Only small complaint, was that they seem to be remodeling a bit, so it's rather noisy. We, however, always travel with a white noise machine, so we were fine. It's also temporary, so it won't last forever!

We found room clean. Pool is closed and don't think it'll ever open. Breakfast is good. For the price this was very good! Would book again! DD
Great location. Stayed here when we went to Ark/Creation Museum. Food & shopping very close. Some rooms have been remodeled and have the most comfortable beds. Old rooms are OK. Mini fridge & micro in rooms. Breakfast is good but get there before 8 am to avoid rush. Large groups like to stay here.

Rooms nice, pleasant staff, beds comfy. But even with renovations breakfast still lacking. Used to have eggs, no eggs. Biscuits and gravy, pastries, waffles and cereal. We will be back but not happy with their wording of "hot breakfast"
