Clean rooms, friendly staff and very relaxing environment. Love the blackout blinds!
Stayed here on a recent visit to Cincinnati. Hotel looked nice since it was new. Once in the room the the carpet was soaking wet throughout half of the room from the air conditioner condensate. We called to only be told there was nothing that could be done that night. All rooms were booked. Once the lights went out we had a cricket chirping inside of the room. We could never catch it as it went under the carpet. We complained again and was told that the manager, Miles Nickell would contact us to offer a discount. He never contacted us. I would not recommend staying here.
I absolutely loved this place. The staff was AMAZING. The facility was beautiful. I felt comfortable, at ease. I will stay here again and again...even if I have to drive a little ways to get there....they've got a fan for life.
Partway into my stay and so far it's great! Brand new hotel, so new you can still smell the paint. The bed is comfortable, though the sheets are a little rough. Microwave and fridge in the room. Lots of outlets and plugs for electronics, both at the desk and the bedside table. The lamps by the bed have a little book light on them, and the light in the sitting area has a dimmer. Breakfast is pretty good too, lots of options including lots of healthy options.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice. Would stay again.
