We are from out of town and had car trouble in Florence. Booked a room here to wait on repairs. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. Restaurant was a little lacking but overall was a great experience.
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location that is right off the highway. The fitness center is tiny, only real demerit from an otherwise very nice hotel for business travel
We had a great stay. Got a king room. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Staff here is great! We had breakfast included with our room and the waiter in there was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying again.
Comfy beds. No complimentary breakfast, broken cover on ac unit, broken shelf in shower. At $130 a night, I would expect better!
