Beth was excellent, super nice to get great customer service, someone that knows how to do her job, someone that listens to the customer, had bad experiences at other places we went to that day, so it was nice and refreshing to get the service we did, we told her what we wanted and the price range we were looking for, we were in and out of there in 45 minutes and that was with getting financed, can’t say enough about this, wish more of our buying experiences were like this....
Beth Workman listened to our needs and gave us several options, letting us know why others were probably not what we wanted, based on our discussion. Also very efficiently took care of a replacement mattress that was under warranty.
After going to Competitor, they wanted me to get a price and they'll match or beat there price. Well after going to mattress outfitters, I didn't have to go back to the other place. I did have to make two trips to mattress outfitters, but I did get what I wanted. The only thing is, I didn't get my mattress and box springs for the twin price as they where advertising them. I paid $50 more because I looked at the manufacturer website and show them what I wanted. So they used the manufacturer website price which was, 699 with box springs but on the stores website for the mattress was 649 with box springs. As far as the delivery guys, the where very good. The did everything were very nice and understand. 2 thumbs up for the delivery guys.
I knew people who got their mattresses from sleep outfitters, and so when I went to buy one they were the first place I went to. Beth helped us was very nice and I'm glad she was the one who helped us out. She made sure we got the best deal. She found the exact type of mattress I was looking for. I am very happy with how they treated us and made this as easy as possible. I 100% recommend coming here for a nice mattress with nice people.
