Ok customer service. Easy spot for us to find. Rooms were clean. Provided a pack in play free of charge which was very nice.
Stayed the night there with my girlfriend when we were seeing the Reds 2nd and 3rd games against Pittsburgh. The price was just a little bit more for than the hotel we stayed at a few days before during Opening Week. A little further out too, but the stay there was much much better. Stayed in the King Suite, as it was the only one available. The only letdown that I feel was partly on their behalf was it was that we couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi, but it didn't affect the stay really. As I said, rooming was very limited so the place was packed, it could be very busy, some of the guests were a bit rambunctious, and the pool was out of the question as it was almost continuously occupied by loud teenagers and energetic smaller children. But, I can't really say that is the hotel's fault in any way and I was understanding given the circumstances. Room was absolutely wonderful and incredibly comfortable. We both got some of the best sleep either of us can remember. Very nice sleek and modern design that made for a fun and enjoyable overnight stay. I will almost definitely be staying again for further Reds games.
Pool hours were incorrect online! After reviewing pool hours online to be 24 hours, we arrived at the pool to find out pool closed at 11:00p. We told the woman behind the counter that online it said 24 hours and she confessed that “she had gone to management about several incorrect issues online including the shuttle”. We asked if we were able to use it all being over the age of 25 and she declined. If your management team is telling customers that there are issues with the website, please correct the issues!! The rooms were clean and beautiful, but overall disappointed with the inconsistent information and the lack of management follow through.
Clean, good service, helpful staff Springhill suites is one of my favorites of the Marriott brand and this one did not disappoint. Normally I am by myself on business but my wife was with me this time and she liked it as well.
The hotel was really nice aesthetically and staff was great. It did seem like they had a lot of mechanical issues in the rooms, from thermostat issues to loud drains not stopping to leaking windows. The furniture was nice but some of the stuff made it hard to sleep.
