They carry a wide variety of inventory but lack customer service. Never have enough cashiers. I used to work at Dick's back in the 90's and we always kept front loaded with cashiers. I guess times have changed and they wonder why brick and mortar stores are fading. When companies cut back on customer service they don't differentiate themselves from online retailers. I hope someday retail figures this out before its too late.
Need TO HIRE SOMEONEBIN HUNTING FISHING GUNS DEPART MENT, HAD A SHIRT MARKED "UP" 20% LITERALLY, RED STICKER 5$ MORE, OVER PRICED, ONLINE CHEAPER. WE SPENT 1K LAST YEAR LOL, OK, MORE ACTUALLY LOL, FALL OF 16', SAME 17' BUT MORE SPENT GOOD HELP FROM A TEEN GAL. POOR STAFFED. APPRECIATE THE SELECTION THOUGH. HOPE IT IS BETTER.
Going to this store reminds me why I do mostly online shopping. It's okay if you're just walking in to buy something, but the dressing room (#3) was in horrible shape. When I went in there was food wrappers and clothes all over the floor. Now, I kind of wish I had taken a picture to send to the company as proof. There was no where to hang my coat, so I had to put it on the bench and there was no where to hang the clothing items I needed to try on. You could see where they had previously had the clothing hangers, but they're long gone. There wasn't even a rack to put the clothes I didn't want, so I just put them back on a rack together because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to this stores organization. Don't go in the fitting rooms.
There has to be a better place. Dick's service is terrible and they are so pricey
