Great store, always so friendly and helpful
Went in to Florence, Ky location a half hour before closing. Sales associate was busy hanging and folding clothes, she walked by us three or four times and didn't make eye contact, she didn't even say "hello" I tried on a trench coat and when I hung it back up and walked away she huffed and puffed bc she had to button all of the buttons up. This is not a store you want to shop at if you want to feel welcome. 3/10/2016 @ 8:15pm
