UPDATE It has now been 6 weeks and I still have not been refunded
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I originally loved the store and the staff, but that was before a problem arose. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and somehow due to a glitch in the system got double billed. I did not have any extra money in my bank account so when I was billed an extra $100 there was not enough money in my account for my bills. It has now been 7 days and my bank account still has not been refunded. I called the corporate phone number and no one answered or returned my voice message. The staff in the store is not understanding, compassionate or helping me in this matter, when I’m upset they treat me like I’m a problem instead of helping or understanding.
