Amazing staff,and awesome sales!
As with other locations I've visited, they have a wonderful selection. However, the service was terrible. I was not spoken to except when asked for my ID for the credit card transaction. I had to ASK for the total on my purchase because the woman cashing me out was too busy speaking to someone else. I am a former teacher who also has many years of retail experience, so I know from experience how simple it is to pause the current conversation, smile and greet a new customer. A smile and simple hello go a long way.

It's been a long time since I've been there, but I have driven by a few times and they are always closed. So, today I need to get something. Just to make sure you were open I checked Google to see the closing time. It said 8:00pm. With it storming It was almost 6:10 when I arrived. The store was closed and it said on the door 6:00pm. How can people shop if you close so early. And, why does it say you are open until 8:00, if you are not. Many people need to be able to shop after work.
This may be the only store near me, but I'll drive from Cincinnati and visit the one in Lexington, KY or buy online before I'll shop at this location again.
