Very nice people work there helpful and always willing to help with anything u r not able to find on your own in the store.
New Review: They have really stepped it up as far as online shopping and in store pickup Decided to change my review because it's not as bad as it used to be. They still have a long wait time for the lines though.

Old review: I had a decent experience. I always place my orders online so that they are ready for pick up when I get there. The order wasn't ready for pickup however when I arrived and I had to wait about 5 mins for the employee to fetch my items. It was okay this time but when all I have is a 30 min lunch break sometimes and I work very long and late hours (8:30 am to 9pm) I need my items ready for pickup at the times requested. This is basic customer service and needs to be worked on for future online ordering. Some people would be less understanding.
Employees at Petsmart are very helpful. I am disabled an unable to lift the 20 lb bags of cat food. The employees loaded it all up for me and then loaded it in my car.
Love going here, love that you can take your fur-baby in with you, love that you can get them groomed on site, love that they have adoption events....but VERY pricey....
