I love Bath and Body Works! I shop there at least twice a month, and take advantage of all of their great sales and coupons. I love their products and generally love their salespeople. They're supposd to be friendly and helpful, and 99% of the time, they are. However, the staff at the Florence Mall store didn't greet us, acknowledge our presence, help us, or even answer our questions. On top of that, one staff member was EXTREMELY rude. If you have a chance to shop BBW online or hit up a different location, I would recommend it. If not, at least know you'll get great products despite the bad attitudes.
They have a wide variety of since for women and are starting to have more for men. They usually have a sale going on but a little pricey without a sale. They have great scents for candles and for different body products.
Love this place! When you walk in it smells magical. Wish my house smelled that good lol. The employees we so friendly and helpful.
Always has plenty of sales and great customer service. But there never seems to be enough people running the registers usually just one. I like the store but I will not go in if I know that I have to be in a hurry.
