This place is horrible! Nobody wants to help you! They all walk by and around you like you're a mannequin in their store! Very rude! Once tux was ordered they knew the date I needed it and want me to delay leaving for my trip waiting on a tux! Can't they track it and see when it's coming. Never ever ever trust these people to get your tux in time for an event!! Ridiculous that nobody in this store wants to work!
The show choir group that I'm with has used this store and we've had a great time everytime we came, pleasent people, and easy accessability.
Horrible experience. 6 of the 8 tuxes didn't fit correctly at all. Had to have them altered somewhere else because we didn't have time to drive to men's warehouse (about an hour away) or time to go back and get them the next day. We're suppose to be getting a small refund, but that hasn't happened either. Have made several calls/ left messages with no return phone calls.
