I've spend hundreds of dollars in things here and sold hundreds of dollar items here and will continue to shop and I encourage you to do the same!
I tried sell a few name brand clothes. The lady at the register was extremely rude and unhelpful but also it took way to long than necessary.
This location is horrible. The prices as a customer are okay. Trying to sell anything to this store is a nightmare. I was told they could take one tote from me a day. So I'm expected to drive out here every day for a week with the next box, then every day again the next week for the couple bucks for each one? Ridiculous. They've been backed up like this for months, the store is completely unorganized, and the manager is incompetent and rude. Go to a different location.
And I guess I understand not being able to play with the toys as some kids play differently than others and toys get broken around our home everyday.
I barely got back enough to cover the gas it took me to get there and I wasted a little over an hour of my day.
The buying techniques at this store are questionable. I sell my kids clothes their once a year and always bring in only stuff that is clean (No stains) and practically unworn. This includes shoes. This last time, they passed up on more than half of what I brought in. I couldn't believe the things that were passed up on. I pretty much buy brand name clothes and we are non smokers so that isn't the issue. The problem is that when I go into this store, I always shop around to see what they have but I never leave with anything because what they have is either dirty, or looking several years worn. I had several pair of shoes they passed on, but their shoe selection is horrible. Most shoes are dirty and worn out. I think I'll take my stuff to another location next time.
Though you cannot let children play with the toys they have a huge wall full of different toys to buy at fair prices,
This place is great and all of there reviews are terribly off,
If you buy and sell here and actually bring quality stuff these guys are awesome they're nice friendly and love children,
Some people especially customers become rude, hateful and mean because they cannot get what they want weather it be more money for items,
I rated two stars because the employees were pleasant.
In the end, they plucked out a fraction of the clothes I had brought in and gave me five dollars and some change for it.
I've never sold clothes here before today but I won't be wasting my time to do so again.

I was informed in the beginning that the process time would be an hour and I was fine with that because I had brought in a rather hefty (no pun intended) bag of clothing. So I killed some time over at the mall for a little over an hour. Everyone seemed very confused when I asked how the processing was coming along. It was the same employee that I had spoken to an hour or so ago and she clearly didnt remember me not did she seem to remember that anything had been dropped off. I kind of got the impression that they hadn't even rummaged through the stuff I brought in at that point (though that may not be accurate).
You're better off donating your stuff to someone who needs it unless you live close by or already had a reason to be in the area and you're desperate for some lunch money...
Overall, not an experience I wish to repeat. I would still shop here but I'll never waste my time trying to sell clothing here again.
