I had a layaway order to pickup. I entered the store at 8:25am and didn’t leave till 9:15am. The employees were not very knowledgeable of anything that they were doing. I was not offered any type of discount or gift card for my almost hour long wait. I’ve had great business with this store before, but I’m very disappointed with this visit and will not shop there again.
Black Friday shopping is always crazy, and in-store pick up can make it even crazier. The store manager was very helpful when I was trying to navigate the chaos of trying to do an in-store pick up. He made the experience way better! Thank you!
Nice selection of toys and games. It's good to know that at least one toy store is still around. Unlike the big box retailers and their limited selection, Toys R Us always has a large selection year round. It reminds me of being a kid and shopping in places like Johnny's Toys.

Everything is well organized and the staff is friendly. Children feel comfortable here, and will ask staff questions. Staff does not talk down to children.
