If this was corporate I would be embarrassed that they have such inconsistent, non customer service focused people running their operation.

Not impressed at all.
Needless to say the product that I was going to purchase was put down and I left the store.
However when I walk back to where the manager is in that very moment the manager is putting someone else's bag behind the counter. I looked at the sales lady and asked her didn't you just say that you could not do that.
I felt bad for her because she looked at the manger and shrugged her shoulders and genuinely looked perplexed. I was livid. Not bc she did not put my bag behind the counter but within two minutes the manager put myself and the employee with her inconsistency in a very awkward position.
I had come in earlier in the day and bought over a 150.00 dollars worth of product. Came back in to purchase some more bc I could not find what I wanted in another store and asked the young lady if I could put my bag behind the counter. She says sure. She then comes back and tells me
Employees are always helpful and respectful. It's always packed, but I can say I've never had a bad experience there. I love how some of the girls know me by my first name and always take the time to help me. I live by Crestview Hills but always come here bc of the customer service and they have a better selection.
Then a couple days later I call to talk with a manager and when the supposed manager answers and I ask for her name she states she does not give it out... What the fresh Hell? NEVER AGAIN will I do business with Victoria's Secret or in this store.
